Welcome to your first yoga consultation!
I understand that the beginning of your yoga journey is vital to its success so that is why I provide a personalized consultation for every new student, to ensure that their yoga experience is tailored to their needs and goals.
During your first consultation, I take the time to get to know you. I will start by asking about your lifestyle, including your occupation, hobbies, and sports or workout activities. I also want to gather information about any health conditions or injuries that may impact your practice to ensure your safety and comfort during our yoga sessions.
I will then ask about your goals for your yoga practice. Whether you aim to improve your flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or enhance your overall wellbeing. And as part of the consultation, we will also go through several yoga stretches and yoga poses to find a good starting point for your personal practice.
After the initial consultation, I will create a routine personalized to you that incorporates gentle yoga stretches to ease tension and challenges you with more dynamic sequences and yoga poses to build strength and balance, and we will set up a time to go through the class I designed for you together.
